Family portal overview

The family portal lets a parent or guardian connect to one or more travelers after they receive a linking code from the traveler or trip staff.

What you can do

After linking, your Family dashboard groups travelers by trip. Depending on your organization’s setup you may:

  • Open each traveler’s trip detail.
  • Select travelers and pay outstanding balances through a checkout flow when offered (online pay requires your organization’s workspace billing to allow traveler card payments).

Family access does not replace the traveler’s own portal account. Some information may only be visible to the traveler. If something is missing, ask the trip to confirm family visibility settings.
