Chaperone portal

If you are rostered as a chaperone with portal access, the header reads Chaperone portal and you get the same traveler tools plus Attendance when your trip enables it.

Use Attendance the way your trip supervisor trained you—typically to check travelers in for buses, meals, or activities.

Other planning tools (full roster editing, financials, trip settings) stay on the staff dashboard for supervisors and admins.
