Signing in to the portal

Traveler portal

You access your trip through the attendee portal using the link or instructions your trip sent (often after you joined with a trip code or invite). Sign out from the portal header when you are done on a shared computer.

Staff vs portal

The main Tour Planner Pro sign-in page is for organization staff and trip planners. If you only need your traveler information and payments, use the portal URL your trip provided—not the staff dashboard login—unless your leader told you to use the staff app.

Password problems

Use the same Forgot password? flow as staff if your account uses email/password and you are locked out. If you still cannot sign in, contact your trip supervisor.
