What you might see in the portal
The trip sidebar only shows items your organization turned on for your trip. If a section is missing, it is usually intentional.
| When you see it | What it means |
|---|---|
| Clothing & merch | The trip enabled clothing or merch ordering. |
| Documents | The trip published traveler-facing files. |
| Room | Room assignments are shared with attendees. |
| Itinerary | Itinerary and/or transportation is visible to travelers. |
| Balance & payments | You may see your balance even when Pay online is missing — your organization may be in a workspace trial or may only accept offline payments. Ask your trip staff. |
The header shows Attendee portal or Chaperone portal depending on how you are rostered.
