My information
The portal home for your trip is My information. Keep your contact details, emergency information, and any requested uploads up to date. Your organization decides which fields are required.
Balance & payments
Open Balance & payments to see what you owe and any installment schedule. Online card payment appears only when your organization has turned it on and workspace billing allows traveler card checkout (for example not during a restricted trial for the org). If you do not see a pay button, your trip may still accept offline payments — ask your supervisor. After you pay online, allow a short time for the balance to refresh.
Family payments
A family member linked to you may pay on your behalf from the family portal when the same online payment rules apply. You do not have to use family accounts if you prefer to pay yourself—ask your trip how they want balances handled.
